About this clip

Rich Little Roasts Lucille Ball

Rich Little was a master impressionist famous for uncannily mimicking presidents, actors and television personalities, often turning voices themselves into punch lines. Lucille Ball was one of television comedy’s defining stars, celebrated for I Love Lucy, fearless physical comedy and impeccable timing.

In this clip, Rich Little turns that contrast into roast material, teasing Lucille Ball with the affectionate exaggeration and show-business one-upmanship that defined the format.
