About this clip

Scatman Crothers Roasts Angie Dickinson

Scatman Crothers was an actor, singer and musician whose warm, distinctive voice and long entertainment career spanned film, television and music. Angie Dickinson was a film and television star known for a cool, glamorous screen presence and for the series Police Woman.

In this clip, Scatman Crothers turns that contrast into roast material, teasing Angie Dickinson with the affectionate exaggeration and show-business one-upmanship that defined the format.
